- Have you tried many other models before buying it?

I had the chance to play on a Roland mesh skin etc. before to learn some basic stuff.


- What is the particular feature you like best and least?

It is a drumkit which I think is ideal for beginners, it has the minimum required quality to start making drumkit with affordable or so for those wishing to work from home but have a small budget.
The preset model its pretty cool when you start, and there location 5 free to customize these set. The pattern is look interesting to train and start m ^ if I never really look.

Otherwise some flat during these 2 years:
Especially not overtighten the cymbals if they eventually split between rubber and plastic hitting the cymbal.
There have happened to me once a file is cut into the snare pad is the plate on which is glued the piezo sensor that has run on it m ^ me, winding queues that are rather end and I had to reseal.
And recently, my kick pad literally fly while I was playing, so it is broken, faulty design? brief the shop where I bought a return and I should get a new one despite the slow service.


- How would you rate the quality / price?

Honestly I think the price / quality ratio is very good, you can not ask for more for the price, it is a good starting drumkit low range.


- With experience, you do again this choice?
Yes, it was the model that suited me at the time and I would do the m ^ me choice without hesitation.


- Appraisal:

After these two years I see the limit of the drumkit, and if I had the money I would buy a drumkit that agree more at my current level, but until we have the budget, I would not change my Alesis which remains that I found the best for its price and remains sufficient to work at to be.

How long have you use it?
I played it for 3 years.
The snare pad has cracked after 2 years but I still play it without problem.

Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I tried all beautiful with Roland mesh with a buddy skin.


What is the particular feature you like best and least?
- I had a problem with the kick which progressed even on carpet. I realized much later that it was better to put it on the carpet because the velcro fastened under the pad held much better. The problem is that it is off (velcro) and it now re-advance ... The quality of the pedal is not great either, but it is and it's the taff.

What I like most is the ratio Qty / Px super good. This is just to bosser at home and even if the surface is warped toms today it still works.

Do not worry, if you are a beginner, go for it, it's cheap and it holds well.

I never touched a drum before, I'm pretty guitar but I was caught by an irresistible desire to play drums. I did some research on the net and read by all opinion here and there, the Alesis DM6 is described as the best in its class. Went to the store and came away with the box.

What I like is the simplicity of installation and the fact that AC does not make too much noise. A good pair of headphones and you're done. Can connect with his iphone ziks and play it.

I do not know if I missed my calling between the guitar and drums but in two days, I'm surprised to make straights and a music track without much problem. Even my wife did not believe me, she thought it was the module that reproduces the rhythm and everything else!

Value for money: Excellent. Naturally, was a perfectionist, I do not rule out moving to a much higher model but to start, I say go for it!

Used for 3 months
First model of electronic drums I use, but I practice on acoustic since about 4-5 years.

Being in an apartment for my studies, it is much the practice.

-It is easy to grip, its interface is very intuitive and easy to access.
-The sounds are quite realistic and varied.
A snare drum, 3 toms, 2 cymbals and a hi-hat, what fun, neither too much nor too little.

"I have not tried the record function so I do not know how it goes.The snare-saturated fast enough when the rhythm intensifies (bearings are quick to listen rather poor because the sensor does not feel any bumps and so do not retranslated). But the ring-shot is pretty cool.

- The cymbals are nice, with two different sounds depending on the strike force, which allows a lot of variants on!-There is a way "training" with background music that are sometimes reminiscent of elevator music to movies sometimes ... here.
On this side of it a little schmuck, it goes from jazz to popular dance through reggae craignos well. I think they have this function "history".
- The value for money is pretty good, I bought 460 euros on promotion. It's not stealing when you see the price of some ...
I think it's a drumkit that is useful to train, not to "lose" when you are like me: Stuck in the week, away from his "real" drumkit (my parents) and that not necessarily the means slammed 1000-2000 euros in a high-quality electronic drum kit, but that still does not reduce to buy a toy with squeaker, squeaker sounds.
