I tried everything from Alesis, Roland, Pearl and Yamaha.
I hesitated with the top model (same module but with a more robust and in place of a FT in 100 while 2 in 120). Good for 1000 EUR difference I am limited to 900.
I love the module - I find it much better than Roland, a little outdated in my opinion. I had a TD-10 are almost 10 years and to be honest I do not really see the difference with the TD-20. But this remains a matter of taste.
What I also like the pads on this batteriesont silicone slovakia does not bounce too much like the Roland and which has three zones plus a control.
I also like the USB connection that allows me to play on Superior Drummer without using a MIDI connection (plug & play).
J'aimarais that one day it is a module more open, especially compatible with 24-bit samples just to be able to enjoy a maximum dynamic range.
