Nes Cartridge team a MIDI cable manufactured by hand by Wayfare. It is a bending of the premium or sidstation the poor.
The midina synthtiseur can use the NES of 5 midi channels.
The modulation possibilities are many, me for example I configured about 45 knobs on my control surface, there are also templates for cubase and fruity loops.
Polyphony (multitimbral) is 3 waveforms (tri pulse1 pulse2) + noise (similar to that found on gameboy) + 256 drum samples (amen, 808 etc.), voice and loop 8-bit memoriss are in the cartridge.
Aaaaah the sound of the Nes ... I think Quil is not just the nostalgia, 8bit resolution is for something to scratch their ears like a bassline TB.
One last point, You can connect the TV to see the custom settings, or display graphics that ragissent 8bit sound.
