Hello,
The small problems that could arise during the installation of various album have been resolved. Just uninstall the previous version and start installing protools 8.Ensuite it remains only to meet a 2 or 3 by the positive messages and wait. Note that the installation is a bit long, but the rewards are worth it
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
My config, windows xp pro, Asus, Athlon 64x2 and 4 gigabytes of RAM and runs perfectly soft but seems bcp more resource-intensive than version 7.4
Unable, however, for the moment to quantify this delicacy after a small use (overnight)
OVERALL OPINION
A long-awaited night but ..... lol
Not least on this version of ProTools, that's more.
The 144 euros I think for once justified because it is much more than update. Indeed, in addition to new features of the software, many plug ins (effects and instruments) were added on: eleven free, vacuum, boom ...
