Equaliser very easy to use.
Potentiomtre presentation of "analog" but digital technology with converter clocked @ 24bit 96kHz inside.
Among numriques & analog (XLR + RCA)

Easy Rglage of each band, applicable at the same time on both channels, convenient because it saves time for the settings.
Adjustment of gain, high pass filter, low pass filter, tuning the Gate and limited (very convenient not to burn its full power speakers).
Rglage the spatialization of sound.

Very good product for the right budget.

UTILIZATION

All parameters are simple.
The manual is more than enough to understand all the functions for beginners.

SOUND QUALITY

The equalizer I find it very good because it does not color the sound and this is an important point when you want to make a "good" correction.
No breath, the gate is very convenient, the limiter is not too horrible condition not push too.
However I do not understand the criticism of "poulbot" which compares more potatoes and cabbage. V2 is a 01V96 digital mixer that incorporates 4-band parametric EQ totally different a 31-band graphic equalizer as deq 1024 and which can be placed anywhere in your chain. Then, to correct a façade with eq. 4-band parametric luck because it is impossible!

In short, the sound quality of this eq is not bad at all. The true function curve is great for smooth curves.

One can even use this as equalizer analog / digital or digital to analog at 16 or 24 bits and 44.1 to 96 kHz!

OVERALL OPINION

For the price it is interesting because with multiple functions in addition to the 31-band equalizer with single control for both channels. It is very practical.
It's not super high-end course, but once again very good for the price.

Treatment is numrique, so no additional breathing.

Stro is an EQ, but not indpendants 2 channels: one EQ is applied to two inputs (Stereo pair). For this purpose, it is the IDAL, because It is not necessary to do the same rglage 2 times, one for the left and the other for the right. on the other hand, can not be used as two mono equalizer.

The search for feedback is awesome and saves prcieux dB without collision with the return of scne.

UTILIZATION

Very useful little box in PA especially, but also for musicians or studio.
Trs way to who knows what was used!

The 'true curve' also allows visualizing rgler rponde rsultante curve, instead of for each filter indpendant. Two adjacent filters have an additive effect and is rponse tural suprieure quon visualized by the buttons. With the true curve we see What is meant, and rciproquement.

Larsen is the destroyer of effective and useful to save trs-level returns, without hanging mics, even if the position of microphones changes during the concert because the feedback-detection is permanent or fixed. The feedback appears, very true, and then disappears quickly.

The indicator of feedback is another feature that allows you to search the frquences manually correct the EQ as desired.
Inconvnient: you can not disable each function indpendamment. Dynamics / filters / master / Feedback Destroyer / EQ: It was out or anything.

OVERALL OPINION

A price really trs INTERESTED under the quality and potential of the product.
A strongly advise.

It is a 31-band equalizer equipped with an anti-Larsen, a gate and a limit.
This is an analog device.
No editing, no memories, too bad.

UTILIZATION

The setup is ultra simple.
The manual is short but enough for someone experienced.

SOUND QUALITY

The equalizer is neutral, it does not color the sound and lacks a little personality for my taste, but it is effective and provides good momentum after a good adjustment. utlise the limit is only partly because the parameters are very short and only one knob is too tight. Ditto for the gate but this is less boring.
The feedback suppression is very effective, it meets my expectations.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 15 days on onstage in rehearsal, I had prior to 2496 and have always ULTRACURVE the ULTRACURVE 2480 that has a great sound.
I prefer the DEQ 1024 to 2496, which certainly more features and more settings function, but what I wanted was simplicity and efficiency, and I'm not disappointed.
The price / quality ratio is excellent for € 175 including postage Nine.
I do it again this choice, however I can buy me another.
