What I intérrèssait initially it was a parametric analog 5-6 with two bands and two low cut baxandals integrated: the product is not ...
So I folded the FBQ3102 that technically meets the demand.
This is the good old analogue (attention aging knobs on!).
That said they serve as a dynamic setting and not at 90% of the time (and not one rule does not touch, a slight adjustment when it is crowded to the limit).

UTILIZATION

super simple, I have not read the instructions and it's direct rule: this is what I needed, the fast and efficient for small sound casual.

SOUND QUALITY

Nickel-quality sound on the sub (30 to 40Hz it sounds good) even on SM115N are fb 42Hz it goes down a bit lower

I had my old one which équalo Luxman hifi but accuses the time
I bought two equalizers to manage the disparity of my 31cm compared to 38cm.
In addition, it allows changing the low cut depending on whether either 31cm or 38cm.
So these equalizers will be a definite plus if I have to leave the total (8 speakers).
I have all standardized on TRS, the Denon will become de facto the main element in place of the monitor amp: I miss the great sound of my amp says this monitor (it has a particular grain, but that sticks great for the sound system).

OVERALL OPINION

I have since August 2004, I like him, it is not too bad, great value quality price, but not worth the equa good.

With esprience, I would not do that choice again, for against, lorsuq'on not round, it's pretty A cozy ...

UTILIZATION

Setup is easy! you branches, you light, and it works! Then you just have to increase, decrease frequency to achieve the desired effect when you bought it.
I find this device very convenient, and its general use in matches exactly why I bought it. (Just as low-pass filter for my sub and frequency modulation in order to get more attack and refine my p 382)
Mission accomplished!

SOUND QUALITY

Sound quality ... Indeed, this is where it spoils a bit ...
Well surely I'm exaggerating, but I remain a bit on my end, because once the equalizer installed, without touching the settings of the bands, everything is ok. However, when you start up certain frequencies (high frequencies, for example: 4 db on 6.3khz) equalizer then introduces a breath I had not before.

It does no disturbing the proper functioning of the system even at high level (by the way so it probably will not hear it) but is still noticeable when no other sound coming from your speakers (especially the satellites, because no problems in the sub ...). I would add that it is still good to listen to realize it.

So what I love most about her is just to manage as many frequencies at once, and "transform" the sound of its kind nightclub (bass pressure in the sub and satellites around slamming 6kHz) and to better cut my sub in order to make the max (is it works great)
I would like to added in this way, I rediscovered the sound of my sound system, and I fell even more in love than before! It is an understatement!

However, we must not forget the history of breath, then sound issue, it gets stuck a little, and I put a 7 / 10.

OVERALL OPINION

My overall opinion is that this filter does its job well (as any behringer in my own opinion), but do not ask him too nonplus.
Bought € 109, I would do this choice no problems.
It corresponds perfectly to my use. However, I have not had the opportunity to test other equalizers.

So I think that I price / quality ratio is very correct, given the fact that it is one of the equalizers the cheapest on the market with these features 2fois with 31 bands.

I too was confused for a moment when I received it - I applied for radical change in the equalizer (such as severe acute min.) and magical! when the "audio in / out is the sound changes as alum. So here it is fixed!

I just did a little test, all devices except the FBQ extinguished, all faders at +12 dB max gain, headphone volume to max (I'd kill the Timpan in one second in this volume, if s' acting music) so well means a little background noise and clicks when switching from +6 dB to +12 dB

but so weak in listening standart ....

I use it for two days ...

My first equalizer I wanted a more accurate model that my 3-band parametric my table, and supportive. Sure the high end is rarely in behringer, especially at this price point. But
Not disappointed one bit ... remains to see how it ages.
