Transaprente lamp which does not color the signal. The sound is right equilibrated. This is a lamp that will be used has not adversely affect trading floors uqi sound eg buffer reverb, tremolo, attack power ect ... very solid, and inexpensive.

Less gain than the LPS of the same brand because it is made to clean the vintage style.
It captures with 6V6GT.
In my case, on a Rivera, it does its job and does not lack bass. The sound is well balanced.

Here is a very good light. She met me fully on my Hot Rod Deluxe until I unearthed after many tests, my trio reference in Groove Tube (see my gear). Moreover, there is a good chance that Groove Tube lamps fitted to the old original HRD are actually Sovtek 12AX7WA rebadgées after being sorted and matched.
The sound given by the lamp is full, rather fat while remaining defined drive, with beautiful clear treble and midrange put enough forward. Given its low price (or Euroguitar Thomann sell it really cheap), it really worth it to try to replace on any amp.
I love it. And it never disappoints.
