I tried the Sovtek 5751 in my head Jetcity 100W.
I was interested in his winnings, less than a 12AX7, and to give more definition to overdrive my amp (distortion HUGE but a bit messy and too rich bass with my 7 string).
V1 tried it I was amazed by the beautiful clean sounds, with more "headroom" and very deep. However, the lamp is not very dynamic, we pass the level 5 of the gain quickly saturates the lamp and the sound is typical in Sovtek (style chainsaw). In addition, the OD channel it gives much too low for the metal with my 7 string.
For the input stage of my amp, I prefer a Chinese, and more dynamic with a grain a little warmer.
I ended up using it for V5 as phase inverter, it is very quiet, no microphone, and does his job.
