Published on 07/02/12 at 02:48I just received my tubes, four 12AX7 and four ground-tung ECCC83s JJ.
Here are the results of test on my metrix mA (Ua = 250V/Ug =-2V)
JJ tubes: 1.35 / 1.5 1.25 / 1.3 1.3 / 1.0 1.5 / 1.05
tungsol tubes: 0.8 / 1.0 0.9 / 1.05 1.2 / 0.95 0.9 / 1.3
in this command, as all JJ tubes seems almost OK (apart from two tubes), for both ground-tung, have is still good below the specified rating ...
to summarize: The 4-pipe-ground tung Suck. resell the quality of tubes is unacceptable! Normally, these are tubes that have to go in the trash right out of the production line!
I refer the tubes and I demand tubes having at least the specified rating.
"I just want test tubes as good as the nominal value or more (250V/Ug Ua =-2V / I = 1.2 mA or more), I Do not Need balanced triode matching."

I spoke to our technician Because of your request.
He Said That we do not test our tubes in this way,
This Means That We Could you select the tubes for
humming, microphonics and balanced system, but not for this.
So obviously, they are able to match the triodes, select low noise tube, but unable to select tubes with nominal characteristics: there's the big foutage of mouth, would perhaps have to take them a few courses on tubes ...
An address to remember, for sure.
I was so refunded, less shipping costs anyway (15 €), and costs of returning to my office ... I am disgusted!
