I use this set of pickups for several months now.
I have mounted on my first telecaster, a DIY project that I made from parts mainly ordered from Warmoth. However, I had the opportunity to try and play a lot of Telecasters before, all types from vintage to newer and equipped with microphones all so varied.
Toneriders These are very good microphones. They have a very good dynamic with a grain very much in the spirit of old vintage Telecasters period end 50 beginning 60. Their design and also very much in mind. when I received them, I looked closely and I was very surprised at the quality of materials, the care taken in the manufacturing and small details that they also have the look of the day .. . a must in terms of sound quality and value for money. They suffer on some aspect of all is the sound, the look, the mounting members, no microphonics ...
I'm thrilled.
Talking is fine but a little sound evidence is always a plus:
