After trying one of my friends upgraded strat with a Callaham tremolo, I decided to try ordering a product from them.
I have never been subjected to as much rude, condescending service as I have had with this company.
While the bridge I tried on my friends guitar was decently made. I will never purchase something from a company that is as miserable as these so called "Family run business"
