Not hatch for the battery, so you unscrew the plate.
Once the plate is removed, this is serious! Everything is perfect and of excellent quality. For example, setting the toothed rack on the scale is not a simple pin with two bullets but a screw with nut. It sets the tone.

UTILIZATION

Easy to use with the hardness setting very useful to go to a setting where the switch remains in position.

SOUND QUALITY

There to be honest it was the Picture Wah interested me but more available and Joe Walsh (dixit RMC) closest to the picture.
Overall quite disappointed with the sound, even when playing on the rack to change the frequency range. The factory setting remains the most appropriate. It is very clean, very respectful of the guitar sound ... too much for my taste even saturated but some may find it an advantage to keep a sound that does not bleed, especially at low (switch up).
During the test (short list: Vox V846 HW, Budda Wah and RMC7) I prefer the Budda wah more fun, more kiffante with a wah flattering and immediately pushes you to rip all!

OVERALL OPINION

Now my opinion is very subjective, depending on the use you want to make and tastes and tastes in this area are very divergent. For example, some idolize Vox V846 that I find tasteless wish.
In the end, Joe Walsh is very professional and will suit the wishes of those who want to stay closer to the sound of the instrument.
