I use this Systm since 1994! It is still for sale. The trs big "work" is the establishment in the ultra prcise pice of use, in addition to the quality of the amp and the player (both ARCAM for me). Trs important to place the subwoofer close to the remoteness or more or less than a block, depending on construction materials, and furniture of the pice. As for the satellites, they will be more space, the better your exact. It is essential to guide diffrent each cube, Manir modulate its direct and indirect. All systems of this type should be thoroughly tested DIFFERENT locations, before placing DEFINITIONS. Whereby, your exact will be extraordinary.
NB: I rdig a first opinion in 2007, and I confirm and complte with the following remarks:
1) the design of this is totally Systm diffrent Systmes of conventional speaker. Its implementation also. The classic high-level speakers (B & W, Cabasse, JR, etc ...) are prefix, and their placement, with respect RULES fairly simple and consistent connection, is ais. The establishment of Systm is longer and requires a lot of cost and detail (I personally recommend not to fix for a month, and try different locations. This is not tedious, to otherwise, and the final result is worth it).
2) default, it is - correct that is your exact trsdcevant, I remember a visit to a specialist in hi-fi Brussels dealer of top brands (those mentioned above and more: Harman-Kardon, Reynault, etc. ...), who showed me a system that BOSE same, he said the greatest difficulty. The problem as I believe that it was possible t the two pairs of satellites on a removable partition straight, and the subwoofer at the bottom of it ...
