UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice.
Guitar a little heavy for my taste.

SOUNDS

Those who loves me, blues, smooth jazz, rock 70, then look no further, this is the guitar for you. With some modifications, it will be a great while.
The original pickups are not bad, but they lack a bit of character.
I changed both pickups for a Gibson Classic 57 and the handle 57 + CLASSIC in Chavalet. And there was nothing here to see. It is very very close to a Gibson ES 335.
After this mod, you get everything you can find on a Gibson ES 335 for a much lower cost.
The sound became warmer, more mellow (neck pickup) and more accurate and incisive (bridge pickup). In short it was the sound of a Gibson ES335, and there is the foot.

OVERALL OPINION

I played it for 2 years and since I make that change pickups, I am nirvana. All those who have done the same thing as I understand me.
Even if the purchase and installation of microphones GIBSON is a cost a little higher (about 250 € installation included) the game is worth the candle widely.

UTILIZATION

I play on a directory Funk Blues (between Vaughan and Peterson) is the perfect guitar!
I play on a Valvestate 2000 150 watts.
In his clear, with my settings meduim, Ronny Jordan is the sound of "So What"! That's what I was looking for.
In light saturation, we hang the crunch while keeping the next round, it lacks a bit of momentum, but the original pickups are a little tired.
In saturated solo (near the full feedback of grain), it's pretty impressive! Hot big sound into believing with the neck pickup that I play a Les Paul.

Remains dynamic microphones not top top but that after 22 years, do not ask for the moon.

OVERALL OPINION

It was not long ago (1 month), a few rehearsals and in concert, it is a little heavy but it comes to size hollow body as well.
I love the warm sound and a bit dull it provides, we feel that it is deep and the violin has really aged well.
In the present state of experience that I share with this instrument, I do not regret my purchase OCCAZ.
In addition to my G & L Tribute, it is perfect. I can go from jazz to blues dear to his John Lee Hooker, and Lucky Peterson.
WARNING: Mine is from 1986, when Gibson made sure what was happening with their subcontractors, from Chinese manufactures have taken over and the quality seems far removed from previous productions.
