it produces exactly what is asked. I play on a lag roxane floyd a amt ss_20 preamp, amp marshall el34 100/100 plugged into a 4x12 Celestion Vintage 30. The lag was equipped with a Seymour Duncan TB4 I liked its rendering but it lacked gain for playing metal. I have asked Yves build me a microphone with specifications TB4 but with more gain keeping a good foundation in the bass and good clarity. Result: OUTSTANDING. The microphone is accurate and clear whether clear and saturated. Saturation is perfect, all frequencies are respected and embellished. Harmonic whistle easily. Sustain is perfect. It does not change instrument because it keeps the character of the guitar but the microphone is live instrument! it's beautiful.
For the price / quality ratio nothing wrong except that I do all my shopping home micro ... This is a high quality retail price .. I advice you ... Yves is professional and serious!
micro specifications: 16kohm plain enamel wire alnico 8 .. (Perfect for the metal).
