First, I would strongly refer you to read the opinion of the EMG 60 (% https://fr.audiofanzine.com/produits/avis/index 2Cidproduit 2C23771.html%). Indeed, the 60A is only dclinaison EMG EMG 60's and it is technically Difference of the latter in that it contains an Alnico magnet instead of a magnet cramique .
Overall, the two pickups are really close trs. The 60A has kept his great ERRF precision, versatility, sound quality all year but I think one more quality: heat.
The 60A is rounder and more "hot" as 60. Sr Although this is not spectacular, is a subtle but yet the diffrence is l. I find it that this microphone is the best compromise between 60 and 85, knowing that I originally preferences for a 60 without denying the qualities of 85.
In all Ralite dpend individual needs but for trying the two microphones, I have a small fondness for 60A. The solution can also be found in the stringed guitar.
