Excellent
Coming to acquire a Gibson LP Standard, I wanted to put him to good microphones.
I already have a LP Studio mounted Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates (ZZ Top) and having heard of this brand, I tested and approved!
The sound is just amazing! That sounds like a real Gibson LP now, I mean, the real origins, because it's been several years that LP no longer sounds like it sounded late 50's early 60's
The bridge pickup sounds clear limit as a fender, but with the hot side that is not obviously fender ...
When the neck pickup, we are little we usually use as it often sounds cracra but then, there are all the notes, including distortion, keeping the hot side and round the LP. Anyway, I can finally use this mic for the studio, very boring ...
The price / quality ratio is excellent as it is just more expensive than SD Alnico 2 and others for a perfect pro quality.
I remind you that it's handmade and Marc is at your disposal to tweak your sound perfectly.
I also revamped the entire electronic Marc, I now have real volume and tone knobs, sensitive and not badly distorted sound like any guitar on the original ... A big thank you to Mark, then!
I put 10 and I'm pretty picky about her yet.
