Since when do you use?
True Tone Technologies I discovered by chance on the net I was looking for a micro replacement (bridge) for my Peavy Type V, and I Tuva Ben proposed to me winding my desires as a microphone (which ask better!).
After several emails exchanged, we agreed and I finally got a microphone that I use now for about six months.
What is so special that you like most and least?
I like the grain of the microphone that provides high saturation, but very clean, not noisy at all, with low current but not drooling, although these harmonics, both used in pace (metal) than solo. He transformed my little Type V, which needed it!
have you tried other models before buying it?
In fact, I wanted a Seymour HS 4 (I have one, I had tested this guitar and it sounded a lot): that Ben is even better! Since I tried the guitar with a Tone Zone: it is catastrophic for far too aggressive, while on another of my guitars, the Tone Zone is perfect. In fact, Ben has designed the microwave according to my desires, but according to my guitar (wood used, Floyd ...), so it seems perfectly suited. Subsequently, I try it on other guitars to see ... uh, hear ...
Overall, I'm pretty "Seymour Duncan" (I use HS6, HS4, SH1, TB5).
How do you value?
Yes, the price? 75 dollards over the port (I do not know how, but very reasonable) that you ask for? The only problem-if we want is that the time was a little long, but we can not have tailor-made to speed the loan-to-wear. And then, of course, it takes a little write English, E Mail oblige!
With experience, the choice would you do?
yes, of course!
