JST has updated its Conquer All impulse response library, adding four new impulses.
Joey Sturgis Tones has added a set of new impulses of an off-axis Shure SM57 using the Fredman technique. According to JST, they are all phase-aligned to match the rest of the impulses in the pack.
The new impulses are taken of two different cabs (Marshall and Recto) through the power amp section of a 6505 through two different microphone pre-amps, Neve and API. Previous purchasers of the Conquer All IR pack will automatically get an update email in their inbox, and for others interested in the Conquer All Impulse Response Pack these additional models are now included at no additional cost(price is $34).
A sound demo using the new impulse sounds is available at JST’s SoundCloud, and more details about the Conquer All pack are available here.
