Hoontech was acquired by ESI, there are new drivers for Win XP more stable
This card has:
- 2in / 2 out analog RCA (unbalanced so) and a mini jack for multimedial (zero to avoid).
- On a daughter card, in / out and a coaxial or optical I / O lunchtime mini jack, but comes with DIN connector
The software provides management of different channels can have up (in theory) 4 cards in the pc.
The convertos support the 24bit / 48kHz
ASIO2, low latency as configs.
UTILIZATION
Trouble free installation with the latest drivers
No problem with a motherboard based on Nvidia chipset or SIS
Easy configuration.
GETTING STARTED
Drivers stable since the last release ESI
No problems with Cubase VST or SX
5 ms with 64 buffers, on a PC Athlon 1800
OVERALL OPINION
I no longer use this card, I spun my daughter (RME'm in now ....).
It works well, the conversion is good.
It's a good map, which has suffered from his bad drivers to purchase by ESI.
It seems that now the product is followed.
