- What technical specifications motivated your choice?

8 months ago I bought a new PC. Like all PC on the market today it runs on Windows Vista. I also wanted to buy a sound card. APRS taking information left and right I DCID for Audiophile 2496 M-Audio. In March I call M-Audio to see if this card would be compatible with Vista. They assured me that the pilot would prt in May 2007.

- For what purpose?

UTILIZATION

- Installation is it without problem?

No driver available for Vista so I end up with a new card unusable.

I bought the sound card in mid-September 2007. The bote they indicate that it takes at least Windows 98. Having the latest version of Windows I can so I assume that although the "minimum". But surprises there is no driver available on the website of M-Audio is that he is not prvu driver ...

OVERALL OPINION

Bin for me it's not complicated. I pay the new card 95 and is useless since there is no driver available to run on Vista. Notice to all who are running Vista.
