What characteristics have motivated your choice?
Quality converters and the number of tracks of high quality.
For what purpose?
For a fully digital setup for VST (PC audio in farm)
What is your config (Motherboard / CPU / Ram / Hard, ...)?
Core2 4GB RAM 160gb disk.
With which instruments or systems you use? ...
Only virtual instruments (alicia key's, and Togus kontakt 8-track has it all alone)
UTILIZATION
This is where RME is TOP drivers are fantastic and even under an OS that, in principle, not support them they work.
5ms latency.
GETTING STARTED
installation of RME is therefore not worry. No compatibility encountered to date.

What is so special that you like most and least?
RME converters, one is in the upper range of over this card can be upgraded to include this as a classic card with analog input or output in AEBx and also that the world clock
Did you try many other models before buying it?
Almost all brands yamaha, roland, Echo, pinnacles, maya, EgoSys, Alesis ...
How do you rate the quality / price?
this card is a great value price you can get it for about 100 € and frankly at this price it should not be without. a configuration Xp / 7 and roll my chicken.

I totally RME for the Home Made this brand manufactures very good production tools. Scalable and very good quality.
