sampler to loop audio 44Khz/16 bit mono, metronome, time stretch, XLR microphone input ... overdub multiple auto rec ... etc.

UTILIZATION

Premiere grip ultra simple, manual clear

SOUND QUALITY

I used to start playback at the foot
Bass, piano, drums / percussion, and chorus performed with Cubase

OVERALL OPINION

Box loop, it does very well
Robust construction it did come with a 1GB card, which allows 3 hours of recording in 99 patch, you think there 's the place!
The samples can be recorded by the pedal or imported from a computer, very easily via USB (no need to install any drivers on windows)
I use it mainly to trigger playback my foot (made with Cubase)
Sure, it's mono (I put voila pk 9), but live for 3 musicos mono is more than enough, especially since the 16bit/44Khz reproduce sound perfectly
You might think digitech forgot MIDI but personally I think the pedal is quite complete and the first goal is to make audio loops is not a sequencer or DAW control
Nor
In short, I separated more and I am very happy with the sound and connectivity this (ability to plug a guitar and a mic XLR input)
I made the small pedalboard FS3X used to choose the patch with his foot, 3 francs 6 sous, the scheme is available in the forum concerned (50 to € saved)
To get a better view just to see the videos on youtube by KT Tunstall example
Level value for money, arf, it is expensive, especially since the stereo model is 80 € + but of the bargains in OCCAZ (there is still seriously ill trying to find pigeons for 190 or even 200 € for OCCAZ ... pfff) are rare for this pedal and I understood why it is perfect ...
