« Agile AP230 Les Paul Copy »
Published on 11/22/04 at 15:00Rondo Music via internet. Paid $250.
The finish on the guitar is great. The neck is nicely stain and the inlays are even with no gaps. The tuners are nicely plated. If you covered the headstock it is visually identical to a Les Paul studio.
The guitar had a slight neck buzz when it arrived but and adjustment to the truss rod and strings and it was gone. Other than that there is nothing I don't like about this guitar.
The guitar has real humbucker pickups that sound great. Being a less expensive guitar, I was afraid it might sound muddy. It doesn't. In fact is sounds better than my friend's Epi LP. The neck action is better than the Strat that I use to have years ago.
Bottom line is that the Agile is worth more than the money Rondo Music charges. It is a quality instrument for little $.
