The guitar is somewhat along the lines of Goddess Gibon (lean, sleek, refined and carved box) which is to the female audience. But the playing comfort really suffers.

UTILIZATION

The guitar is really well balanced, not as a slight lag but not as heavy as a Les Paul for example.

The handle without a highway is really nice.
The varnish is very soft and it feels a little grain of wood underneath. It is not unpleasant, but it may confuse some. In terms of access to acute, it is a Les Paul, not obvious, but not impossible with minimal training.

For his part, it's easy to get a good sound when playing with the knobs. The bridge pickup has a tendency to easily cruncher (thank you output level) and is really great for rock slightly muscular (Thunderstruck is a treat to play on this skyscraper).

SOUNDS

This guitar is perfect for my style of music rather rock.
Unfortunately, former owner of an entry level guitar, I have to go with the amp (Fender GDEC) but to have tried this on a Gibson Marshall ValveState 65R I think falling in love with this lovely couple.

The clean sounds are really hot and round neck pickup and the overdrive is when you bite attack. The output levels of the microphones can have a clear sound even in OD (just lower the volume) and can play a lot of pictures.

The clean sounds are really excellent, despite the two humbuckers. Rummaging through the amp, you can get a nice clean crunch a little, or so well-rounded or polished, warm and really clear.

I even managed to play funk ...

I will modify this part once I bought a new amp, which will not be long.

For about a week I have in my possession a Marshall Valvestate 80V replacing my GDEC 15W.
Needless to say, the sound suffers. Except that the sounds are really clear ... more clear, I also note that pickups cashing superbly distortion.

Excellent dynamics, clarity of notes, and good resistance to attack.
The couple Marshall / Gibson is made to be together. I no longer have the same guitar!

OVERALL OPINION

It is now five months that I have this Les Paul Vixen and even if it is a little "cheap" compared to a Les Paul worthy of the name (forgot the keys pearly, the rectangular frames), it still has a nice electronic which has been proven in many high-end brand, a violin instead of good quality, very nice finish to the eye (I have version Ebony, matte black, and it's sublime ).

This guitar is almost € 800 on some sites, and honestly, we can give thanks that the Euro is stronger than the Dollar

In stores, I could try the Fender Joe Strummer Tele, a Les Paul Studio and a Gibson SG Faded.

My choice was definitely focused on the Vixen for versatility and price.

- Tune-o-matic but a single bar

UTILIZATION

Channel super nice! I have small fingers and saw that this guitar was for the girls it suits me well! And what about weight? bah it weighs 10 times lighter than a Les Paul Std.
Access to the treble is fairly easy on this model especially when the strings are set close to the handle.
"The" Gibson's even with this type of model magic always works.

SOUNDS

I play music Principall say "tough" style hard rock, heavy metal and hardcore punk! And well it responds to all this hassle-free! But I love playing in his clear and the sound is quite up to par.
Obviously seen that the body of the guitar is 2 times thinner than its big sisters, sustain and the sound it feel!

I live on my branch head Mesa Boogie single correct plugging in 50 w vintage Marshall cabinet and the sound is very clean! is not to say it but once you put the price you see the difference immediately!

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for 48 hours! I do not know him as fired may have a copy at one time! it resembles the "swamp ashed" or "faded" but with this color pink matt I fell in love!
Especially since this model is now on collector and that rummage in a "Cash Express" I found the beautiful Nantes to .... € 399 ... crazy to see the poor guys sell it cheap! but hey thank you for this generous soul who helped me return to the GIBSON family! I dreamed since 1991.

In any case I do it again this election saw the eyes closed and mouth qualitée this "scoop" without forgetting the sound ..... GIBSON!

Made in USA This guitar type lespaul no exception to the rule gibson ... A handle is a handle for gibson lumberjack ...

UTILIZATION

This guitar is actually a bit lighter than the classic Gibson and I can tell you that when you play standing up, unless you have also the physical lumberjack, you appreciate its lightness. Happiness for concerts protracted.
The sound ... SOUND! Gibson is Gibson, a real pleasure to be lulled by the smoothness and accuracy of notes and stuff for a price widely affordable for a mark and finishing of this quality.

OVERALL OPINION

I have 6 months now and I notice that I no longer play with it when I'm in the clear sound (the sound a bit too saturated rock n roll to me ...)
If I had to redeem I do not ask more questions what a pleasure to play on a guitar of this legendary brand. Value for money more than interesting.
