Wide-Bar 4.3 Octave Concert Series Padouk Marimba

The new Adams Wide-Bar 4.3 Octave Concert Series Padouk Marimba has the same features as the Concert Series marimbas including: Concert Series bar width, welded essential resonators, Voyager height adjustable frame, upgraded leg castings with large locking casters, and black Vinyl covered hardwood rails.

Padouk wood bars offer an alternative to Rosewood, by producing a warm, woody sound, at a fraction of the Rosewood’s cost. The bars are tuned through the sixth overtone, which offers complete control over all aspects of the marimba sound. Precise tuning and voicing provides for balanced sound through the entire range of the instrument.

Upgrade to Honduras Rosewood or Zelon Synthetic bars is designed to be easy in the future as the needs of the player change.
