Value For Money :
Excellent
Torque microphone. C-4 bought a choir to record.
Capacitor type (cardoïde)
Sensitivity manufacturer: 38dbv-
XLR 48v supply.
Comes with shields and microwave media.
Asking price 2010: 80 € the pair.
OVERALL OPINION
Use from 2 months to replace the microphone. integrated into a digital recorder zoom H4n.
I use also other microorganisms. studio, but dedicated exclusively to the recording of soloists.
Micro. C-4 are excellent value for money, provided the book primarily for recording instruments sound clear, because it generates a sound very "cozy" with acute heavily crushed.
They are therefore (at least in my opinion) very poorly suited to the recording of a choir ...
If so do it over again, I would turn readily to other materials (NT2 Rode NT5 or example), because even the microphone. integrated into my digital recorder gives a better result (always for a choir).
