According to Toontrack, this collection of grooves takes you on a journey through the career of Kenny Aronoff. Having recorded more than 1,000(!) albums, performed on over 30 Grammy Award-nominated productions and sustained a prosperous career for close to 40 years, Aronoff has played with some of the biggest names of the past four decades such as Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Jon Bon Jovi, Lenny Kravitz or Mick Jagger.
This collection of MIDI drum grooves was performed live on an e-kit by Aronoff, who first selected a wide variety of grooves from his massive catalogue, then did several variations of every groove and topped it off with a selection of his own fills. The result is 376 individually played MIDI files in straight 4/4, all categorized in full song structure building blocks.
Optimized for EZDrummer 1&2 as well as Superior Drummer 2 kits (especially kits involving 1 kick, 1 snare, 1 tom, 1 floor tom, 2 crash cymbals and 1 ride cymbal), The American Rock MIDI collection is available for 25€.
