Published on 03/09/12 at 01:26It has happened several times in concert to have tingling sensations in hands. I finally found the origin of evil: the strap cut my blood circulation.
I had previously always used soft leather straps of a width of about 5cm. When I found the straps Comfort Strapp, I did not think twice to order one.
9cm wide at its widest part (the shoulder) to 1cm thick foam dense enough but not too firm, adjustable in length (Long model is suitable for most bass players), the weight of the instrument is better distributed and does not overwrite the shoulder. No problem to concerts in 3 sets, rehearsals that go on, it really is a welcome advance for bassists.
I no longer use this strap, and I urge all bassists who respect their bodies as well as their instrument!
