I use it for about a year. The little trouble is that it adds weight to the head, but let's be honest, you can not make strong, lightweight and cheap. I have not tested other models, but I do not see what they could bring me more. As previously stated, it's solid, well designed and protects it well. It's reassuring when moving his head amp. For the price, nothing wrong.
