Produced in France, near Cahors, the maker Christian Noguera, the YC was performed as specified by the bassist Yves Carbonne. The spirit and Jazz bass is very présent.Le F Bass alder body and flamed maple top. The maple neck with maple fingerboard is thin and flat type JB or MM. Head (with flamed maple veneer) is integral with the handle for better sustain and better rigidity. The Chevallet ebony with brass bridges is in two parts. Electronics is an Aguilar OBP 3 with switch for the midrange (400-800 Hz). 5 knobs with a push-pull active passive.

UTILIZATION

Very easy to play a six string. Easy access to acute. Sitting or standing, good ergonomics and weight with no problem.
The sound palette is vast. All the knobs to zero, it sounds great.
The shielding of the electronics are excellent.

SOUNDS

She is comfortable in all styles. It's really a very versatile bass. The bass is very fat and warm, singing treble. I play on an EBS and passes through various effects pedals and (EBS, and Pandora Sans Amp.
I did not find fault ...
Mounted with ropes by LaBella F Bass 29-43-63-85-102-128 (not spun at the bridge, it sounds very melodious and full.

OVERALL OPINION

The advantage of a low luthier personnalisable.Ce model is that it is (the result of a special order) has a slightly narrower neck that fits my game (I'm not a slapper). But the spacing at bridge is standard.
This instrument is a good compromise in relation to money between a Fender Jazz bass and an F Bass.
It suits me perfectly and I would definitely do it again this election.
