Blue Cat Audio has released Blue Cat's Remote Control 2.2, a new version of their virtual control surface plug-in.

It is a set of plug-ins for Windows or Mac in VST, Audio Unit, and DirectX formats designed to let you control and monitor in real time several MIDI controllable plug-ins or hardware devices from a single customizable user interface.

The new version introduces the ability to customize the names of the controls of the interface without having to write a new skin as well as several fixes and improvements.

A demo version is available on www.bluecataudio.com/Main/Home and the upgrade is free for registered customers.

New in Blue Cat’s Remote Control 2.2:
  • Controls names can now be customized from the user interface (no need to change the skins)
  • Output automation is now disabled by default
  • Bug fix (PC): Cubase freezes when loading a preset using a different skin while the plug-in window is open
  • Blue Cat’s Skinning Language 1.6.1 support for enhanced user interface customization

More information about this plug-in is available on the product page: www.bluecataudio.com/Products/Product_RemoteControl

Price:
€49 or $59
