Digital Audio Renovation has announced the release of version 1.1 of the Digital Audio Renovation (DAR) VST Plugin.
The software is an audio processor designed to “overcome the serious flaws associated with 'digitisis’ such as over-bright high frequencies, harsh and blurry cymbals and drums, boomy bass and a muddled mid-range, ” according to Digital Audio Renovation.
The DAR plug-in can be used with any audio software which utilises the VST platform, according to DAR. It is particularly intended for integration with music players such as Winamp and Foobar2000, and can be used for both live playback and creating permanently adjusted files (where copyright laws permit).

Priced at £35, the Digital Audio Renovation (DAR) VST Plugin is available now for Windows.
