Starting tomorrow, the ACPAD's conceptor launches a Kickstarter campaign to allow developing his project.
Announced a few months ago, the ACPAD project is now taking shape commercially as its conceptor, Robin Sukroso, is launching a Kickstarter campaign tomorrow, October 22nd 2015 at 6AM EDT.
A 2mm-thick wireless MIDI interface equipped with a rechargeable battery that fixes on the top of your acoustic guitar just like a pickguard, the ACPAD is meant to allow blending acoustic and electronic sounds without leaving your hands off your guitar, and can also communicate with your Ableton Live via USB or a wireless connection. The very first ACPADs will be available tomorrow at a discounted rate for early adopters.
