WOK has released Blip2000, a "matrix-sequencer" VST instrument plug-in for Windows.
Blip2000 is free / Donationware – the only limitation of the unregistered version is a nag-screen when the plug-in is instantiated.

- Syncs to host – clock divider adjustable.
- Sequence transpose by MIDI input.

- Automatable in the DAW.
- Sequences can be saved as VST plug-in presets.
- Random play.
- MIDI-output; any plug-in or synthesizer can be used as sound source.
