I put 7 as the violin of this guitar is amazing, nanmoins they found a good recipe.

UTILIZATION

The handle is enjoyable with a trs ACCS evident in acute (it's a real highway) as it is a double cut. The guitar is the most ergonomic and most lgre I know. It is full of ingnuosit and malice. And to get a good sound it just plug "plug and play"

SOUNDS

I play rock stoner pop noisy pattern 60-70 and I must say that this guitar m'imprssione every time I plug into my Marshall amp. The clean sound is brilliant, and sublime foil and then if he adds a little reverb or delay (Electric Mistress) then the you end up directly in "the piper at the gate of dawn" is the real magic .
For saturation is a more complicated can (it takes just over rglage) but you can get amazing sounds. I have a special recipe (which I do not disclose) which gives me a sound in infrabassesp trs and a high power makes me vibrate the stomach. For saturation: It is possible !!!!! we must find the right rglage. It will tend punk and grunge.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 7 months and I am delighted every time I branch it gives me chills. Neamoins its major weakness of the violin body, it is tudi and lasts a long time but is surprising because it is not wood.
I tried many before MODEL (jaguar, mustang, telecaster) is on this that has my jet dvolu because it is she who has the most personality and singularity . And report its price is simply amazing.

UTILIZATION

Ergonomics is excelente for the violin, very easy to handle, perfect for all hands pitch close to a Fender. the body, slight, is very pleasant as playing sitting and standing. The mechanisms are not very accurate. the pickups are not very powerful. all seems still quite fragile and cheap.

SOUNDS

If you do not believe in miracles try a Danelectro. Saint Dano pray for us! This guitar is amazing, his bill has everything to displease but it has a unique charm.
plugged into a Marshall or Fender (tube, of course) and it's magic, a little reverb and Daniel Lanois has just hit your shoulder. For the saturation I use a BB preamp Toxic, an open tuning, a phaser, and en route to Kashmir.

OVERALL OPINION

This guitar is irreplaceable, I paid the equivalent of less than 200 euro new, but even much more expensive I will take the same, probably by changing the mechanical. It is in open G or D it sounds best for me. Try it with a bottleneck if you find more, I think the production is stopped. I tried his ancestor of 1960, but it was much damaged. I hope it lasts.

I have the 1998 edition, it is made in Korea. The bridge is very special, I had trouble understanding how it worked! It consists of a metal plate with 6 slots, a small wooden board, and three screws. That's it! The strings are through the small ring at the tip that is threaded through the slots. The height of the bridge is adjusted with two small screws under the plate. So the pressure that holds the strings at all. It seems fragile, but I never had to worry about. The bottom image is more telling!
The handle is screwed on with 4 screws. It is short: it has 21 frets. The two microphones are microphones typical Danos: the lipsticks in the shape of tubes. Two knobs, but in fact 4: they are nested within each other, as can be seen on the images below. Each pair is for a microphone. The bottom one adjusts the volume, the other tone. IMPORTANT NOTE: These knobs are those of the editions of 2010 and 98! Those of the 2007 model are simpler.
We also have a simple metal pickup selector. Connecting the jack does on the table, not on the edge! (Again, it's different for model 2007)
The wood used is masonite: it is very light and cheap.
The mechanical tuning are well (at least on my version)

UTILIZATION

The handle is wide enough, for bootleneck practice, but may be not that great to begin with. It is super light! Normally, it is hollow and is lightweight masonite. Not very easy to play in the treble, but somehow it is not made for that. The bootleneck it is easy to use, it is also much used to it.

SOUNDS

Despite the quality of wood used, it sounds great! The best configuration for me is the middle one, the two active pickups. The bridge pickup alone produces a clear, brilliant, but the output volume is not very high. The neck pickup produces a mat and warm. The combination is powerful, especially with the crunch. And the output volume is higher.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for 6 months and I love it. I really wanted is the same as that of Jimmy Page! And I find it well above the 2007 model I had before.

The pros: weight, look, the mechanics, the value for money, sound
The -: the knobs are not very linear in the management of the volume or tone.

I would do that choice again!
