All user reviews for the Gretsch G1616 Sparkle Jet

(I well because of the Gretsch Synchromatic 1616, I have a sparkling silver jet)
it's a guitar Coren (at least, and even some sites say it is manufactured in Japan, there is a sticker Made in Korea easy to remove on mine)
microphones: two humbuckers chrome class look, its really a clumsy trs enjoyable
the bridge is the gretsch typical, in other words it's pretty trs galre and that is to change the strings (if you have a scne with, a guitar replacement prvoyez )
there are plenty of buttons: a volume microphone, Tone gnrale a slecteur (sum of a les paul) and a total volume of the guitar, the knobs are chrome mtal (not plastoc as in the Mexican fender) and Orns Gretsch G-yea.

UTILIZATION

The handle is reminiscent of an SG, short and wide, it's a guitar plutt for big fingers like me fat
Access in acute is as easy as on a les paul which it takes the form
the interface is weird and requires a little practice: the handle is short, the weight of the guitar is in the body, but I think it's like on the gibson then this may be my morphology that is weird

SOUNDS

The sound, ah, the sound. Great! for that price the guitar is pretty amazing, aa a DLIR its saturated PCHE (I have to decline a little gain in serious not to overload the speakers), the highs are bright and she's really a TRS staff that you will not find on a strato Mexican, clearly!
I play in a noisy training trs influenced by Hawkwind Skullflower and a ct and pretty planing / post rock at times, so I need a scraper capable of sounding death metal, for its a fuzz and a convincing personnel without effects (and a slecteur to make plays that are then in a sample delay)
An important point: this guitar is compltement EUND versatility, if you play in training should not buy a variation on, not really!

OVERALL OPINION

I have a few months and I get tired of it:
- It is beautiful, mine is gray Glitter and all the fittings, the bridge, microphones, etc.. is mtal chrom-must love the genre, I love
- It's a TRS staff and not common but it has its own sound and that's it (like any tlcaster Mexican APRS all)
- It is 419 euros and is unbeatable for the level of finish
- Your neighbor is not the same, first because he believes that gretsch only half rockab funds and then because he did not ide the low price it is worth when he look at your neighbor is more a squier adj jagmaster finished with feet he loves
- In short, I love this guitar and I really deprecated to buy a saw that I'd like to see continue quarquills eyes when I get out of the tui 'whore,' s How is scratch as ????'

UTILIZATION

Comfortable, pleasant handle, mechanical well made, looks terrible and small defects of finish that makes it unique (in my own small bubbles in the varnish)

SOUNDS

I use my 1616 with only the neck pickup or both at the same time, it was a big fat well, trs honorable to sustain a case has half empty (and yes, the versions without the oue in "f" benefited even when the hollow body ... when you hold us industrialization)
