Value For Money :
Excellent
description in the form of the product.
it lacks a second dial tone button
normal configuration, nothing to say.
UTILIZATION
The handle looks like a round Ibanez, note that the wood is not varnished. It is fast but not as comfortable as on my Gibson Les Paul.
The guitar is very heavy (same weight as a Les Paul) thing I did not expect. However, she tends to have the head falls.
Access to acute is very easy.
SOUNDS
Let's talk about the sound:
It's a "fat and round" but not runny. We can expect a guitar for metal forging, but it is not: this guitar a good clear sound but drool a lot with heavy distortion (in agreement) but makes up for the solo. It is suitable for styles which we do not expect it (blues, jazz ,...)
The difference in sound between two microphones is not enough to feel, also note shortcomings in the quality of the latter: the adjustment screws to loosen in response to vibrations of the strings (!!!)
When using the floyd, the strings (pulling a small) do not go out of tune BUT, sometimes the floyd does not return exactly to the center position (two springs and not 3). We do not pay attention when playing but recording, where everything must be perfect, it can be annoying. The stem in the fleet a little Floyd.
The factory configuration is not top a good adjustment is necessary (with a change of strings for the heavier) I have not made this setting, within a month I will make an "edit".
The sustain is not huge, it is short (which is surprising given the wood and the weight of the animal).
It seems we hear the sound of high pick when you attack the strings.
A video of a solo guitar pro:
Yet I put 8 / 10 why: Many flaws can be changed easily: a little piece of paper for the stem in the floyd, put other screws for the pickups .... Why not change the pickups (which will cost operations the price of the guitar)
OVERALL OPINION
The "Thank God" on the handle is superb, the guitar is damn good and can be an excellent base if you want to modify it (change the pickups).
One can believe that this is a guitar to € 2,500 handmade by a luthier, so it costs 10x less.
I play the guitar for 15 years, in keeping with Gibson. I was looking for a guitar to a drop D and I came across the top.
This guitar is available on the website of the company, you will not find in traditional shops.
The price / quality ratio is excellent with a good wood, materials that can be changed (micro, micro contour, mechanical) are not high quality but more than correct for the price.
