Purchased this guitar at Stutzman's in Rochester,NY in '96 for about $250. Compared it to everything they had under $500. .

This Yamahas sound quality was exceptional. Solid spruce top and beautiful striped mahagony back.Excellent playability and it really rings with new strings.Price.

No cons.

Well made.I still believe that this guitar was sold well below value.

Would highly recommend for anyone on a budget.
