Xtant Audio has been working on a series of Celtic instruments for Kontakt, and the first of them (to be released next week) is a harp.
To allow creating realistic performances, Michaela’s Harp will feature multiple dynamic layers, a selection of articulations (including damped strings, stopped strings, and variable speed triplets), and a total three microphone positions.
No MSRP was announced yet, but release date was set to March 1st and sound demos are available Xtant Audio’s SoundCloud.
More details to follow, both here and at xtant-audio.com.
