I use it for the past four years to feed my Alesis M1 mk2.
I find the sound quality good and I like the scalloped pots (very convenient).
The report sound quality / price is right by it against a catasrophe level reliability (I like many people a path that is messing made after 3 years). I managed to réparre myself (if it interresting someone send me a mail) May I do not think it's normal a score.
With the experience I would choose not to be another amp because of reliability.
