To date, five machines are already in service parts for various and varied problems. Bulk:
- No more LED lights up: Fan ok but no reaction or dimmer control color,
- A block of LEDs will not turn on (power output hs?)
- Problem TILT (and uncontrollable jerking), electronic mechanical problem because everything looks correct. Stepper motor to not shake constantly.
- Problem steering color: Stay on the first color sent DMX and hold that color. Even self-diagnosis it does not change color. Sometimes an electrical reset fixes ... but not all the time.
However, our dealer is very flexible because it changes us immediately appliances standard exchange (changed but some devices have already fallen down ...)
There is of course no problem DMX configuration in the club because each unit is individually re-tested on a test bench with another DMX interface before contacting service. Putting a new device with the same address allows immediate operation.
