I use linux depuit I had my first pc in 2000
linux instalation is done quickly and easily by a rapord windows
it does not need aditional driver running the system completely after instalation
FYI I use ubuntu for sound and ubuntu on a pc version is 64 bit as good or
best mac for tretement are Features sound and difusion
I have Ever had a problem with ubuntu I could already do live recording in 24 bit
96k of 8:00 ET selui if na Ever plant.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

my setup is too pa elevate an intel celron the year 2007 2 gb memory RAM
internal sound card and I have an external m-audio fast track pro
doner for you more info with my little configuration toshiba I arive has aler 2 times faster
7 aplication are Features pc windows 8 asus team a core i7 and 8GB of RAM memory

OVERALL OPINION

its been 14 years since I lutilise
I esailler windows but my pace enormously disappointed that 7 times with a machine running linux 2 moin pulsating faith better
q'il na pa instaler driver and whatsoever free
