For nearly four months.

Did you try many other models before buying it?

Some, yes, the power acoustics, and the AudioPhony leem.

What is so special that you like most and least?

I love his sound, which blew me away. His power also, because I bought one by one, I was impressed enough to only pregnant our rehearsal. On stage, the sound was incredible.
In weight, 23 pounds, nothing excessive. Space at the size of these speakers is really ridiculous compared to Power Acoustics speakers we had. Casually, it is not negligible in terms of transport!
The only feature that has puzzled me is the equalizer behind the enclosure, two pots that are supposed to change bass and treble for my part I have not found the obvious difference even set fully.

How do you value for money?

Excellent, these speakers will enable us to perform many concerts in bars, and scenes more or less large. The sound quality and material is undeniable.

With experience, you do again this choice?

Course.

I use them for 4 months a season nearly complete for me.

Cons: a single entry and can be a bit less powerful than its competitors.
122db which is very honorable for a power consumption of just 200w also allows us not to look for 380V on my benefits (by the way they have to explain to me how it's done at Yamaha 300 watt with 175 watt ?? electrically speaking of course!! They are too hard over the Japanese they have invented the power generator enclosure).

I have long been reluctant to opt for having been amplified Bose 802 serie2 which at the time for me was the ultimate in compactness, lightness and ease of storage, transport and storage.

So then I bought EON15G2 that are efficient in terms of performance but very original equalize male and store is an eyesore especially during transport.

Meanwhile I worked with DART HK LUCAS of 600 and 1000, trips 1000 and 2000, and big shit too.

Price / quality ratio I think it's great and better than others (Mack, EON, among other things, not the city that are much more expensive.

I remake this choice if the terms of use remains the same (additional speakers, small performances, and even back in circulation with a complement if necessary with MSR800W which are also ordered (one for one test at first ).

If the operation is successful MSR800W I change my Park and opts for 4xMSR400 + + 2xMSR800W 2xMSR100 or 250.

This allows me to work out back 2têtes or 4 heads or 4 heads + 2 boxes or 2 heads + 1 + 2 2têtes box or boxes that is used to adapt to more just based on what I have to do.

In conclusion, despite a ludicrous they come out 122db consumption and that is very strong and therefore commercially speaking it is not admissible.
And I advise strongly that these speakers have said that a sound quality not perfect but at that price one can not say anything.

Hats off to Yamaha engineers

I use two of these speakers for several years now ... I am very satisfied with regard to their performance and musicality when you consider the size and the relatively light weight of MSR ... Handles very practical and balanced even allow to take one on each side, so "find" ... Although a bit heavy but it is doable ...

For the rest, these are XLR or Jack in the choice and the opportunity to highlight the sound to another forum ... Why not a box or two other MSR?

In the domestic treble can seem a little garish, but it fades through tone controls which is provided with each MSR ... Outdoors they give their fullest potential ...

I urge my purchase even if a bit dated ... There may be better today ... A study ...

Less than a week.

I have just acquired the keyboard scene, CP5 Yamaha, which is not equipped with amplification system ...
I wanted to find something effective power, with good bass, not too heavy (23kg).

I do not regret this purchase, I have what I wanted. The bass is excellent.
CP5 on the input for connecting a microphone, the sound that goes with the keyboard on this one I connected a senneiser 835; I changed the settings and equalization of CP5 at the mic For midrange and treble that suit me better.

I put 9 / 10, I just return my MSR 400 at my dealer who gave me a standard replacement soon, because in fact it had a defect in the amplification and treble. Now, quality is the appointment and it is pure happiness!

Refer your choice? YES without hesitation.

Note, after various tests ... The connecting cord between the keyboard and the speaker jack (jack), I replaced it with an (XLR-XLR), which gives me better sound quality!
