Dream Audio Tools has released Indie Bouzouki, a Kontakt soundbank capturing the sound of an Irish bouzouki.

According to Dream Audio Tools, Indie Bouzouki captures “the autenthic feel” of an Irish Bouzouki played with a plectrum. Its tone, described as brilliant and evocative, is said to suit all kinds of style in need of a folk flavour, from Rock to Pop and Cinematic.

Indie Bouzouki includes fully payable patterns patches (straight and triplets feel), sustained tones, round robin patches, hammer-ons, chords and noises/effects. Full features include:

  • 24 bit/44.100 Khz samples
  • 1.2 GB of sampled material
  • Contains fully-playable patterns (straight feel and triplets feel), sustained patches, hammer-ons, strummed chords and noises
  • Patches can be layered
  • 39 .nki patches
  • Designed effect variations activable (Chorus, Delay, Flanger, Reverb)
  • Modulation/Pitch wheel controlled behaviours
  • Full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 4.2.3 or above is required
  • Available as digital download only.

While its official full price is €24.90, Indie Bouzouki is currently available at the introductory price of €17.40 (30% off).
