Boscomac debuts The Howler, a new free virtual synth for Reaktor that makes extensive use of distortion, filter and feedback.
The Howler lets you control the distortion, filter cut-off and resonance and you can send the signal back into the loop to create feedback. These four parameters can be controlled via the modulation wheel or key velocity.
The synth also features an Animator mode which allows for tempo-synced articulations, this movement velocity being controlled by the pitchbend.
Last, The Howler includes a FAT function, a sub-oscillator and glide.
The Howler is available as a free Reaktor add-on, you can download it from boscomac.free.fr.
