Detune officially announced the European release date of its new virtual synth for the Nintendo 3DS. It will be tomorrow.
The Korg DSN-12 has been designed by Detune and Korg and features twelve monosynths to which you can add three effects (choose from a selection of delay, reverb, compressor, flanger, chorus and kick). A sequencer is also included for creating up to 64 patterns and chain them, and Detune developed the very first 3D oscilloscope for the Nintendo 3DS. The app is also compatible with the 2DS and 3DSXL versions.
The Korg DSN-12 is designed for real time music creating and you can exchange creations with other users.
The synth will be available tomorrow in Europe and in October in Americas for 29.99€ / $37 (download only). You’ll find more info at www.detune.co.jp.
