ToneBytes has announced the release of Bend Box, a software synthesizer that emulates a circuit-bending device.
It can be useful for experiments and for creating various noise FX, the company says. All knobs can be tweaked manually or through easily assignable MIDI controllers. MIDI Automation is also available.
According to ToneBytes, you can get wide range of noises: from soft gurgling to ringing grinding, or even strange melodic timbres.
Bend Box is free and is available for Windows as a VST instrument plug-in.
