WOK has announced the release of Bassimo, a free bass synth VST instrument plug-in for Windows.

Bassimo is based on the classic VA scheme, it uses part of WOK’s VAE concept (Virtual Analog Emulation) also found in the SAM synthesizer, to generate the variations and instabilities of analog circuits. Thus it can deliver clean basses but also dirty growls or leads, according to WOK?

 

Bassimo is available for free download as a VST instrument plug-in for Windows (32-bit).
