Note however that there are models japan, the first half of the 80's, and models taiwan. japan's sound much better, I could compare them, and their dimensions differ slightly
UTILIZATION
Nothing complicated
SOUND QUALITY
A very good OD, enough bite, unlike an Ibanez TS, more sweet, the SD1 has this characteristic of the saturation BOSS, y aps lot of gain in reserve, making it very versatile, from blues to rock, hard, pop ... etc.
OVERALL OPINION
I tested a lot of different stuff from saturation, the price is one of the best in its class
